Shipping policy
When your order ships
We pack and ship every order within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
How long delivery takes
- United States: 7 to 10 business days after your order ships.
- Other countries: 10 to 20 business days after your order ships. Your country may charge import duties or taxes, which are paid on delivery.
What shipping costs
- Every plan ships free, every time, wherever we ship.
- United States: free tracked shipping on orders of $39.98 or more, which includes every plan and 2 or more single bars. Orders under that ship for $4.95.
- Other countries: free tracked shipping on orders of $39.98 or more. Orders under that ship for $9.95.
Tracking
Every order comes with a tracking number. We email it to you as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Plans
Your first box ships within 1 business day. After that, a new box ships every 8 weeks, free. You can skip, pause or cancel any time before your next billing date.
Lost or late parcels
If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email hello@gethachiya.com and we'll sort it out.
